At IndiFetch, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent international product fulfillment experience. Please read the following shipping and procurement guidelines carefully before placing an order.

Fulfillment Process

IndiFetch acts as a procurement partner to fulfill your item requests from India. Here’s how it works:

  1. You submit a request or order with the desired product(s) and details.
  2. Our team curates and procures the item(s) from trusted brands, marketplaces, or local vendors.
  3. Once procured, the item is carefully packed and dispatched using a reliable shipping provider.

We do not stock items unless specifically mentioned.

Shipping Details

Delivery Partners

We ship all orders via trusted courier and logistics services. Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • The procurement period (before shipping) usually takes 3–5 days, but may extend to 7+ days for special items.
  • Once shipped, the estimated delivery window depends on your country and carrier.
  • If not delivered within 15 days of the expected date, you may contact us for a refund request review.

Customs, Import Duties & Fees

  • All import duties, taxes, or customs charges in your country are your responsibility.
  • These charges are not collected by IndiFetch and vary by country.
  • If re-forwarding is required due to issues like incorrect address or inaccessibility, the customer bears the cost.

Address Requirements

Please provide:

  • A complete and accurate physical address
  • Valid contact number and email
  • Specific delivery instructions (e.g., “Don’t ship via USPS” or “Landmark: XYZ”)

PO Boxes are optional, but not preferred.

Important Notes

  • Ensure all ordered items are legally permitted for export from India and importable into your country.
  • We do not ship:
    • Electronics
    • Items containing batteries
    • Frozen or perishable items
    • Prohibited or restricted goods

Non-Compliance

Orders that include prohibited items or inaccurate details may be cancelled without refund. IndiFetch is not liable for any customs seizure or delivery failure of restricted products.
